
Advanced Hardware Backup is a service that ensures the replacement or provision of backup equipment for the duration of a repair in the event of a breakdown. The replacement device is delivered to the site by courier using dedicated transportation throughout the country.
HEZO AHB for TP-Link solutions includes:
- accepting a request on the support portal www.myhezo.pl,
- verifying device damage,
- delivering a replacement device after the request has been confirmed.
Terms of service:
8x5 - the service is available on working days (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
NBD – delivery of the replaced device on the next working day - if the validity of the request is confirmed on the day of the request, before 3:00 p.m.
